Is my requested time automatically confirmed?

No. Choose the morning slot (8:00 AM-12:00 PM) or afternoon slot (2:00 PM-6:00 PM). The team confirms availability on the active collection route through WhatsApp.

Will I know the charge before cleaning starts?

Yes. Regular laundry is UGX 5,000/kg. Fixed-price and quoted special items, plus the zone-based delivery charge, are confirmed before processing. No tax or VAT is added.

What should I put in the pickup notes?

Add access instructions, landmarks, gate details, detergent preferences and any items that need separate handling.
