Every monthly subscription is based on four washes: one scheduled collection per wash, subject to the agreed route and collection calendar.
No. The monthly charge is tailored to the customer’s usual load, required kilograms, collection area and care requirements.
The extra kilograms are charged at the agreed excess-weight rate and itemised separately on your order summary.
No. Duvets, bedcovers, blankets, curtains and similar bulky items are charged separately from the normal monthly load.
If a balance remains, an automatic WhatsApp reminder is sent as soon as the third wash has been collected.
